We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2022, at the age of 86, Don Barrett of Sumner, Illinois, born in Marshall, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Barrett and Pearl Barrett (Milbouin); his wife Donna Howe; his sister Nancy Stepp; and his grandchildren, Ryan Aycock, Robert Ingram and Donnetta Pummel.

He is survived by: his children, Donald, Joyce Liechty Smith of Jasper and Roberta Liechty Martin (Mike); and his grandchildren, Joseph Higginbotham, Paula Pate, Dr. Erica Kane, Jodi Bennett (Floyd), Jeremiah Ralston, Jacob Ralston and Lakan Aycock. He is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren; and ten great-great-grandchildren.
