It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Lewis of Sumner, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Smith and Eugenia Smith (Smith); her husband Donald E. Lewis; her brother Howard 'Neal Smith; and her son Rick Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Deanna Bennett (Ronnie) and James Cameron Lewis; her daughter-in-law Pam Lewis of Sumner, Illinois; her stepsisters, Sue and Betty; and her grandsons, Cody Lewis and Cameron Lewis.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
