He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Moan and Geneva Perrott Moan; his wife Glenda Meadows; his children, Lonnie, Amy Moan of Sumner, Gary, Sonia Gray of Sumner, Abram and Nicky Devonshire of Evansville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Dakotah (Tyler Tussey), Cheyanne (Kurt Knollenberg), Ashton (Matthew Young), Alec Gray (Rylee), Noel Devonshire, Bram Devonshire (Allison) and Claire Devonshire; his great grandchildren, Tuff Tussey, Tatum Tussey, Pierce Knollenberg, Porter Knollenberg, Addison Young, Rylee Young and Walker Young; and his siblings, Donna Wampler of Robinson, Illinois and Larry "Ed" Moan (Donna) of Sumner, Illinois..
