D, Jan Cunningham Sauvigne, Jonathon Cunningham, Michael Cunningham, Lorie Cunningham, Charlene Abel, Ann Linenfelser, Jeff Newell, Stephen Newell and Carla Schmidt; and her caregivers, Theresa Greene, Dee Joines, Hannah Orr, Melissa Sechrest, Brenda Shelton, Teresa Spencer and Rosie Sires.
