He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Ament and Erma Ament (Altheide); and his sister Alice Rousch. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Joann Rutledge of Sutter; his daughters, Tricia White of Sutter and Annette Kuchar of Quincy; his grandchildren, Patricia Joann "PJ" Parker (Shaun), Rae Lynn Overhulser (Jason), Kathleen Kuchar (Zachary McBeth) and Megan Boggs (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Kegan Davis, Harrison Parker, Grace Parker, Kinzey Overhulser and Brooklyn Boggs; and his siblings, Ruth Nichols (Randy) of Rushville and Jean Bowman of Quincy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
