Charles touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Charles’s presence will be missed, the influence he had on others will remain. Those who knew him will carry forward memories that reflect his character and spirit.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Gullberg and Dorothy Gullberg (Kebil); and his brother Peter R. Gullberg. He is survived by: his daughters, Libby Gullberg-Stach and Inger Lynn Gullberg; the mother of his children Bonnie Elias; his grandchildren, Miles Stach and Kyla Stach; Tim and Janice Gullberg Dahm (Richard).
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 10th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Ski's All American Pub (1001 W State St, Sycamore, IL 60178).
