Eric Gardner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2025, at the age of 40, Eric Gardner of Sycamore, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Robert Johnson and Jack Gardner; his brother Phillip Gardner; and his cousin Michael York. He is survived by: his parents, John "Jack" Gardner (Cheryl Smith) and Kim Gardner (Jeff); his stepsiblings, Sean McGuire, Garrett McGuire and Sarah Younglove; and his grandmothers, Penny Johnson and Sharon Gardner. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Eric's name. Checks may be made to the "Eric T. Gardner Memorial" and mailed in care of P.O. Box 66, Elburn, 60119.
