He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Dombek (Kathy); his children, Elizabeth (Greg), Kristen Dombek-Heyn (Jared Heyn) and Joseph Dombek (Desiree); his sisters, Diane Dombek of Sycamore and Carol Dolan (Thor) of Sycamore; and his grandchildren, Beck, Rowan, Oakes and Hollis Schuh.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made out to the Dombek Family Community Service Scholarship Fund- Through the DeKalb County Community Foundation.
