He was predeceased by: his parents, John Todd and Nola. He is survived by: his sons, John Howard II, Matthew Kevin and Mark Kyle Woodbury; his aunt Laura Todd; his wife Wendy; and his grandchildren, Shepard, Olivia, Sabrina and Nola Woodbury.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory (1860 S Mulford Rd, Rockford, IL 61108). Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
