The passing of Randy A. Smith of Sycamore, Illinois leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 4, 2025 at the age of 68. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Smith and Carrie Smith (Hamilton); and his sisters, Connie Berkley and Genevieve "Angel" Dudley. He is survived by: his wife Janet Smith; his children, Joshua Smith of Perry Daniel, Carrie Reardon and Roechelle Willi; his stepchildren, Jenn Smith (Keith Kostecki), Erik Smith (Jenna), Ruth Clark (Jeremy) and Beth Lusk (Drew); and his sister Cindy Sorenson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Christ Community Church - DeKalb (2350 Pride Ave, DeKalb, IL 60115). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Christ Community Church (2350 Pride Ave, DeKalb, IL 60115). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family for a fund to be established.
