He is survived by: his father Richard "Dick" Petruchuis; his wife Donna Petruchuis; his children, Payton Petruchuis (Christopher Liva) and Derrick Petruchuis; his siblings, Sheila Degner (Curt) and Eric Petruchuis; and his sisters-in-law, Cathy Wylde and Margie Finnegan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
