He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Whitehead; his sons, Matthew Scott and Timothy Allen Stewart; his daughter-in-law Kelly; his grandchildren, Mason Wolfe, Addison and Wyatt Stewart; and his brothers, Thomas, Dennis and Kenneth Stewart.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Butala Funeral Homes (1405 Dekalb Ave, Sycamore, IL 60178). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sycamore United Methodist Church (160 Johnson Ave, Sycamore, IL 60178).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Scouting Museum in Philmont, NM, Erie Shores Council for the Camp Miakonda Museum, Toledo, OH, or the Three Fires Council, St. Charles, IL.
