He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sirovy and Juanita Sirovy (Collins); his siblings, George, Marilyn, James, Fredrick, Wanda and Victor; and his cousin Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; his daughters, Kathy, Carol and Lori; his grandchildren, Natalie, David, Michael, Matthew and Andrew; his half-brother Edward; and his siblings-in-law, Robert, Ray and Ginger. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
