Twangie Smith Obituary
It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Twangie Smith (Sycamore, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 52, on August 30, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Twangie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She underwent several hours of renal surgery and was placed on the transplant list for both kidney and pancreatic islet donation.
