She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Brockley and Ailene Brockley (Aten); her granddaughter-in-law Jenny Farr; and her sisters, Doris Kost and Virginia McCormick.
She is survived by: her husband Jack G. Farr; her sons, Randy Farr (Sue) of Ipava and Tony Farr (Michael Fricke) of Mission Viejo; her grandsons, Jason Farr of Table Grove and Jared Farr (Breann) of Table Grove; her great grandchildren, Taylor Martin, Colby Martin and Ella Farr; and her brother David Brockley of Vermont. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Memorials may be made in Donna's memory to the Vermont Christian Church or the Table Grove Rescue Squad.
