He is survived by: his wife Jennifer (Hampton); his mother Dolores Lemmon (Zurawski); his daughter Aubrey Lemmon of Tamaroa; his stepson Roger D. Perkey, III (Rachel) of Columbus, OH; his siblings, Jennifer Bathon (Justin) of Georgetown, KY, Krystal Bercaw and Rusty Lemmon; his nieces and nephews, Matthew Bathon, Elsie Bathon, Evan Bathon, Lucy Bathon, Celeste Bathon, Matthew Altstatt, Justin Altstatt, Isabella Lemmon, Jamie Neiman and Tiffany Alford; and his mother-in-law Peggy Wilson (Chuckie).

Friends may make memorials to the Education Fund for his daughter Aubrey and will be accepted at the funeral home.
