He is survived by: his wife Janice Jean Tatum (Smithey); his daughter Lisa Tatum of Tamms, Illinois; his grandchildren, Krystal Caldwell of Cape Girardeau, Austin Caldwell (Morgan) of Hudson and Anthony Hale of Tamms, Illinois; his brothers, Billy (Bill) and Glen Tatum (Rosa Marie) of Thebes, Illinois; and his great grandchildren, Vivian Caldwell, Harper Caldwell, William Caldwell and Alya McKee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
