He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Mattingly and Flora Mattingly (Pyles); and his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his children, Josh Mattingly (Amber), Joey Mattingly, Jeremy Mattingly (Tanya) and Brittany Bobbitt (Trey); and his siblings, Peggy, John, Garry, Kenny, Eddy and Dennis.
