He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert C. King and Ada V. King (McCubbins); his wife Sandy; and his sister Helen. He is survived by: his pet Schipperkes; his daughters, Laura King (Robin Novack) and Jana Behm; and his grandchildren, Daniel "Trey" Behm III and Tori Behm.
