He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Voorhis; his children, Kevin Oak (Cynthia) and Sheri Holgersson (Anders); and his grandchildren, Nathan Oak (Amy), Mackenzie Hopkins (Zachary), Hannah Oak, Miranda VanWinkle (Lawrence), Katherine Jordan (Benjamin) and Benjamin Holgersson. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
