He is survived by: his wife Rita; his daughters, Sarah Horn (Corey) of Taylor Ridge and Stacy Brown (Jason) of Reynolds; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Blake Brown, Ryder, Catalia and Ryan Horn; his brother Mitchell Maynard (Phyllis); his sisters-in-law, Arlene Maynard, Renae McConnaha (Russ) and Renita Gregory; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Fuller (Eric), Kyle Maynard, Whit Sieben (Debra), Angela Naylor (Chris), Jared Maynard (Anna), Ashley Gregory and Alana Scavuzzo (Rudy).

Memorials may be made in care of the family for a memorial fund to be established at a later date.
