He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Bell and Ruth Nichols Bell; his wife Patsy Moss; and his sister Agnes Adams. He is survived by: his children, Sherry Elam (Matt) of Muscatine and Michael Bell (Christina) of Clinton, Iowa; his grandsons, Hank, Henry and Eli; his brother Mark Bell (Doris) of Reynolds, Illinois; and his brother-in-law Jim Adams of Aledo, Illinois.
