Anthony Durbin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anthony Durbin of Taylorville, Illinois, who passed away on August 23, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Durbin and Kathryn Durbin (Kaplan); his wife Norma Jean Durbin (Graham) of Mary's Catholic Church; his great-grandparents, Ezra Dancer, Lela Dancer, Ezreal Ishmael, Allana Barczy, Zaylee Barczy and Dominic Cravens; his son Michael Durbin; his nephew Christopher Chatham; and his great-nephew David Chatham.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Durbin (Christyl Crowe) of Taylorville, Elizabeth Cravens (Allen) of Paris and Sarah Durbin Chance of Taylorville; his grandchildren, Blake Durbin (Emily Dancer) of Taylorville, Michael Durbin (Ariel Dubay) of Taylorville, Laina Durbin of Taylorville, Carter Chance (Ellie Spurgeon) of Taylorville, Lily Chance of Taylorville, Clement Chance of Taylorville, Cale Chance of Taylorville and Chandra Cravens of Paris; and his sister Mary Beth Kent of Taylorville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
