He was predeceased by: his father David J. Cline; his brother Ric Cline; his aunts, Judy Funk and Carol Leach; and his grandparents, Verdie, Juanita Rhodes, Raymond and Dorothy Cline.
He is survived by: his mother Debra D. Rhodes; the mother of his children Hayley Hull; his children, Gauge Hull, Colton Hull, Remmington Hull and Isiah Hull; his brother Dustin Cline (Debbie Sizemore); his stepmother Marilyn Cline; his stepsiblings, Patricia Blanford (Al), Stephanie Bingham (Rick) and Joseph Campogni; and his great-grandparent Linda Hodson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
