Claire leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Claire’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Claire will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Quentin Williamson and Beatrice Williamson (Duke); and her husband James H. Smith, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Martin T. (Michelle Smith) of Taylorville, IL and Michael Lane (Lou Smith); and her siblings, Melba Estel Vinson and Quentin Williamson, Jr. of Edison, GA. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
