He is survived by: his wife Janet Hendricks of Taylorville, IL; his sons, David Dwight Hendricks Jr. (Sandra) of Taylorville, IL and Mark Alan Hendricks (Kimberly) of Taylorville, IL; his grandson Matthew McKinney (Amanda West) of Palmer, IL; his sons, Elyse Ford (Kris) of Rushville, IL, Erynn Trott (Ryan) of Champaign, IL and Ethan Hendricks (Sami) of St. Louis, MO; and his great grandchildren, Caroline Ford, Aeker Ford, Bennett Trott, Rhys Ford and Sutton Trott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in David's honor can be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
