She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse E. Fowler and Etta Mae Fowler (Garrett); and her brother Michael Edward Fowler. She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Sunderland (Philip) of Edinburg, IL and Shannon Smith of Morrisonville; and her grandchildren, Kyle Richards, Riley Reincke and Rhyse Bates.
