He is survived by: his wife Bonnie J. Jeffers of Taylorville; his children, Joshua Jeffers (Jennifer) of Witt, IL, Kira Heinrich of Taylorville, Kyle Jeffers of Litchfield, IL, Aaron Jeffers of Gilespie, IL and Rachel England (Ryan) of Loami, IL; his siblings, Phyllis Jett, Ada Lane of Litchfield, IL, Chas Jeffers (Sandy) of Hillsboro, IL, Mary Scott (Lonnie) and Ruth Cooper of Langleyville, IL; and his brother-in-law Larry Jett of Litchfield, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
