He is survived by: his parents, Joel Blakley and Grace Blakley (Jeffrey); his grandparents, Adam, Jean Ann, Jim and Kim Blakley; and his great-grandparents, Dennis, Anna Jeffrey, Lois Lehwalder, Linda Blakley, Jim and Pam Johnson. He is also survived by his grandparents, great-grandparents.

Memorials may be made to Faith Bible Christian Academy in Rosemond, IL.
