He is survived by: his sisters, Michelle DesCarpenter Ettenger of Johns Creek, GA and Jill DesCarpenter Cox of Taylorville, IL; his significant other Julie Stenemeyer of Springfield, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Steven Gilpin (Amanda) of Forsyth, IL, Marc Gilpin (Sheila) of Marietta, GA, Wm Aaron Dean (Bobbie) of Taylorville, IL, Jennifer Martz (Chuck) of Indianola, IA and April Hannant (Mark) of Taylorville, IL.
