She was predeceased by : her parents, Loyd Tarter and Ida Pearl Tarter (Stringer). She is survived by : her daughter Donna Boaden of Taylorville; her brother Jim Tarter (Valerie) of Edinburg; and her nephew Lucas Tarter (Suzie) of Springfield.
