She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Taylor and Edith Taylor (Witt); her husband Everett E. Turvey; and her sisters, Rita Johnson and Charlotte Lebshier Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Krotz (Edward) of Taylorville, Gary Turvey (Mary) of Peoria, Eric Turvey (Vicki) of Taylorville and E. Tim Turvey (Betsy) of Oakland Township, Michigan; her grandchildren, Chay Anthony, Roxanna Anthony, Peyton Turvey (Jason) and Eli Turvey; her great grandchildren, Zeb Anthony, Zane Anthony, Zoe Anthony, Zennon McCoy, Jayse Carlile, Abigail Carlile and Elizabeth Turvey; her great great grandchild Tyvon Gunning; and her siblings, Tony Taylor (Deanna) of Morrisonville, Penny Tetzel (Horst) of Springfield, Kay Landgrebe (Gary) of Riverton and Pamela Brady (Mike) of Caseyville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McClure Funeral Home and Cremation Services (302 W Poplar St, Taylorville, IL 62568). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
