She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Beard and Mildred Beard (Scarlette); and her brother Floyd Beard. She is survived by: her pet Pretzel; her children, Michelle Reed of Taylorville, Mark Lunik (Lisa) of Morrisonville and Melinda Houk (Kevin) of Edinburg; her grandchildren, Tim Lunik (Jessica Richardson) and Ashley Houk; her great grandchild Henry Oliver Lunik; and her siblings, Russell Beard of Taylorville and Scarlet Colbrook of Stonington.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McClure Funeral Home and Cremation Services (302 W Poplar St, Taylorville, IL 62568). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
