He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother-in-law Steve; his parents, Louie Williams and Elizabeth Williams (Spears); his brother Dale Williams; his nieces and nephews, Linda and Ashton Williams; and his siblings, Bobby Jo, Richard and Peggy.
Memorials may be directed to the Illinois Grand Masonic Lodge in Springfield.
