He is survived by: his children, Ellen Mozurkewich (George) of Albuquerque, NM, Alice Danilovich (George) of Winfield, IL and Thomas Etheridge of Taylorville; his grandchildren, Nadia Danilovich (Mark Hilkert) of Oak Park, IL, Nina Danilovich of Austin, TX, Nicholas Danilovich (Summer) of Naperville, IL, Daniel Mozurkewich of Chicago, IL and David Mozurkewich of Albuquerque, NM; his great grandchild Sullivan Hilkert of Oak Park, IL.; his family Dr. Etheridge; his pet Khloe; and also, Ted and Patty Chapman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Christian County YMCA, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, or the Taylorville Public Schools Foundation.
