She was predeceased by: her son Tony Watters; her brother Stanley Tarlton; and her boyfriend Bob Spivey. She is survived by: her children, Terry Watters of Alton, IL, Tina Varland (James) of Johnson City, IL and Teresa Millburg (William) of Taylorville, IL.; her grandchildren, Michael Caldwell, Michele Turtle, April Watters (Josh), Melanie Pyle, Amanda Watters (Kyle) and William Millburg Jr. (Alexis); her brother Steven Tarlton (Liz); her sister-in-law Susan Tarlton; Laura Tuttle of Warrenton. She is also survived by several great grandchildren nieces and nephews.
