With solemn reverence, we commemorate Stefanie Colonius of Taylorville, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, whose life came to an end on October 18, 2025 at the age of 42, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Harold, Jean Colonius, Max and Maxine Ellinger. She is survived by: her sons, Samson, Daniel, Amos and Ezekiel Colonius; her parents, Vicki McMahon (Rodney) and Donald Colonius Sr. of Taylorville; her siblings, Donald "D. J." Colonius (Lauren) of Taylorville and Lindsay Fox (Brandon) of Taylorville; and her siblings' children, Dean Fox, Kelsey and Kinsley Colonius. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (1010 N Webster St, Taylorville, IL 62568). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an education fund for her sons C/O CNB Bank in Taylorville.
