He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Eldon and Mildred Elizabeth Baird (Crocker); and his son James. He is survived by: his wife Jane Traughber; his children, Bonnie Hoffert (David) of Avon, IN, Jeffery Baird (Susan) of Taylorville and Janis Baird of Taylorville; his daughter-in-law Kayla Baird of Morrisonville; and his siblings, Margaret Schmidbauer and John Baird (Shirley). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
