He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hollinshead and Imogene Hollinshead (Rogers); his son Kodie Hollinshead; his brother Joe Hollinshead; and his brother-in-law John Mettendorf.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hollinshead of Teutopolis; his children, Tracey Hollinshead and Justin Hollinshead; his stepchildren, Cindy Einhorn (Keith), Jeremy Dalton and Rachel Verdeyen; and his siblings, Dana Underwood (Dan), Linda Ingram-Hollinshead (Wilbur), Dreama Robinson (Dennis) and Alan Hollinshead (Becky). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (1110 N 4th St, Effingham, IL 62401). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
