He was predeceased by: his mother Tammy Dishman Kelley; and his brother Casey Kelley. He is survived by: his father James Albert "Bo" Kelley; his stepmother Debbie Kelley of Sebree, KY; and his stepsister Misty Hancock (Joseph) of Mortons Gap, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his river family.
