He was predeceased by: his father Jackie Dale Stevens; his sister Kathy Elane Stevens; and his grandparents, John E, Ella Mae Kaufman, Dale and Ruby Stevens.
He is survived by: his mother Roberta Stevens (Kaufman); his siblings, David Stevens (Christy) and Melissa Criddle (Harvey) of Thebes, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle, Morgan Stevens, Courtney and Holden Criddle.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ford and Sons Funeral Home (1001 N Mt Auburn Rd, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Dale Stevens' Funeral Service.
Memorial contributions may be given to Gateway Down Syndrome Association or Lindsey Cemetery.
