It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mirjana Djordjevic (Third Lake, Illinois), who passed away on April 16, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Mirjana departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mirjana may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mirjana leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Živoslav-Žika Djordjević; her child Milan Djordjević; and her parents, Danilo and Smilja Kalanić. She is survived by: her child Dragan Djordjević MD; her grandchildren, Alec, Emma, Lilliana and Natasha Djordjević; and her child-in-law Jolanda Djordjević. She is also survived by numerous other family members, kumovi and dear friends.
