He is survived by: his wife Holly; his children, Brooke Bahnsen (Rob) of Vernon Hills, IL and Marc Bahnsen (Leah) of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Miles and Simone Bahnsen of Chicago, IL; and his siblings, Jim Bahnsen (Jay) of Lancaster, OH, Tom Bahnsen (Dena) of Dover, DE, Christine Royal (Rob) of Ridgeway and Ontario. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and good friends.
