With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Vida Paic (Third Lake, Illinois), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Vida left this world on July 5, 2021 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Djuradj and Stanica Samardžija; her spouse Matija Paic; and her sister Anica Samardzija. She is survived by: her children, Simo Paić (Stana), Nevenka Ivanišević (Stevo) and Nedeljka Tomičić (Miroslav); her grandchildren, Zoran Paić, Radmila Pavelko (Mike), Gordana Djokić (Radovan), Tanja Popovich (Milimir), Milena Sobolewski (Kris), Marko Tomičić and Petar Tomičić (Sheri); and her great grandchildren, Dejan Djokić, Elena Popovich, Maksim Djokić, Obren Popovich, Vuk Sobolewski and Zenia Sobolewski. She is also survived by numerous other family members, kumovi and dear friends.
It is Vida's family wish that in lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Simeon Mirotocivi Serbian Orthodox Church are made.
