He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis H. Brittan and Julia Brittan (Haataja). He is survived by: his wife Alice Susan; his children, Jill Moon (Joseph) and Ian Brittan; his grandsons, Lewis Ignas Brittan and Miles William Brittan; and his siblings, Barbara Stanley (Robert) and Robert H. Brittan. He is also survived by many in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
