We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2025, at the age of 41, Derek Matthew Toler of Thompsonville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Toler. He is survived by: his father Carroll Toler; his stepmother Donna; his siblings, Lisa Miller (Scott), Kelly Morrow (Ronnie) and Joshua Toler (Chrissy); his stepsiblings, Dane Henson (Lisa) and Krista Hasty (Frank); his daughter Olivia Toler; his grandchildren, Kai and Nova; and his nieces and nephews, Bradley Miller (Kayla), Blake MIller (Sophi), John Thomas Morrow (Shelby), Maddie Miller, Katie Hines (Caleb), Emmi Miller and Sophia Toler. He is also survived by nephew and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Union Funeral Home (213 E Oak St, West Frankfort, IL 62896). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
