He is survived by: his parents, Michael Allen Marvel and Deanna Marvel (Hiller) of Thompsonville; his sister Mica Staton; his nephew Riley Staton of Hopkinsville, KY; his sister Marci Marvel; his nephew Zander of Thompsonville, IL.; his sister Megan; his brother-in-law Travis Shortland; his nephews, Collin Shortland and Logan Shortland of Hardin County, IL.; and his niece Kadynce Shortland. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
