He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Eugene and Anna Lea Trexler (Turner); and his siblings, Darrell Trexler, Jessie Trexler, Linda Romero, Arthur Trexler, Joyce Rains, Charles Trexler and Lee Trexler.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hughes; his children, Richard Lee Trexler (Danee), Jamie Hostalek (David), Patrick Ingram and Corey Ingram; his siblings, Mark Semyek and Nancy Stewart (Christopher); and his grandchildren, Natalia Trexler, Gabbanelli Trexler, Luna Azul Trexler, Richard Trexler Jr., LaKay Trexler, Cameron Hostalek, Lilliana Hostalek, Octavia Hostalek, Sophia Hostalek, Ivy Hostalek, Paityn Riley, Haven Riley, Damian Ingram and Cadence Ingram. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
