Hoeksema; her children, Tracy Middleton (Bob Ward), Edward Hoeksema (Barbara), Carla Gerald (Edward) and Karen McLean (Keith); her grandchildren, Jeanette Ramirez (Victor), Jennifer Wisely (Rob), William (Lydia), Jacob, Travis Middleton, Amy Chacon (Cristian), Blake Hoeksema, Ethan Gerald, Emily Hoeksema, Walker and Mackenzie Mc Lean; and her siblings, Annette Iversen (late George) and John Smidt (Margaret). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
