She is survived by: her children, Laura Czubak (Michael Kusiolek) of St. John, IN and Peter Czubak (Anne Ginzkey) of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Madelyn, Genevieve and Charlie; and her sisters, Janice, Elaine and Donna. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.

Though Sharon had a fondness for flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to a cause close to your heart or to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011, in her honor.
